I felt right at home as soon as I entered the property. It was immaculately clean and had nice extras like tea and coffee, which added to the lovely atmosphere. the cottage was ideally situated, close to both my rehearsal venue and the Opera House. It may have been compact, but it didn't feel small at all. Secure parking for my car was a great convenience. Plus, there were plenty of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket, and even antique shops nearby. the property was super clean and well-stocked with amenities. Honestly, we could have left a lot of the stuff we brought at home. The location was central, and having secure parking was a definite bonus. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 👌.

Street light outside the bedroom needs a blackout blind.

The cottage was extremely well equipped and surprisingly spacious. The secure parking was also a great bonus. The central location was superb, just a minute's walk from the shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The lemon drizzle cake on arrival was a lovely touch and added to the warm welcome we received from the owner.

One of the bedrooms had a slightly small double bed, which was a bit uncomfortable for us used to a super king-size bed at home. However, the other bedroom had a bigger bed and overall the rooms were spacious and well-equipped.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at a beautifully furnished holiday rental. the property was centrally located and within walking distance of shops and attractions like the Pavillion. We were a family with two boys, and they absolutely loved activities such as Go Ape and cycling the Monsal trail. the local restaurants were also great, with our favorite being the Thai restaurant.
